When you relax and listen the sounds will create a finely tuned net of microtones and micro intervals that will resonate with and entrain your neural net. This happens through auditory stimulation as well as sonic skin stimulation. This is why is called a sound shower. When you are inside a sound shower you will discover that place in the sonic net that is most important for you to be at in your life right now. It is ok to visualize a goal or have a healing intention before entering a sound shower. However, once in the shower let your normal thinking process go and just be inside the sound.
