The Tuning Board puts our natural human vertical posture into continual and gentle motion. Why is this important? The presence of this posture experience is the foundation of our presence, our function and how we live our embodiment.

In this seminar we will experience and learn about the connection between the stimulation of the neurology in the feet and lower limbs and their relationships to the brain and the functions of the brain and the responses generated by those stimulations. This makes profound and comprehensive associations and realizations about the stories of our lives and histories from the very beginning to the present.

We will explore how habits we have taken for granted have had either counterproductive or beneficial affect on our thinking, emotions and postures and even chronic pain. Understanding and experiencing the neurology of posture in motion will awaken us to the relationships of the somatosensory system with the motor system.

Learning to visualize and feel the interoception of the neurology of posture brings with it a deeper intimacy with grounding, centering and spaciousness in relating to our living.

Prerequisite for participation is a Tuning Board basic class.
