Even as a young teacher, it was her heartfelt desire to ignite and rekindle a love of learning. Her work centers on questions such as: How can school become a nurturing environment for holistic learning and personal growth? How can intrinsic motivation be fostered and a zest for life cultivated? How can personal development be strengthened through experiences of self-efficacy? And how can children and adolescents realize their potential, develop self-regulation and self-directed learning, and become the best versions of themselves? 

Drawing on her experience as a coach in her own practice, as a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences, and as an expert in gifted education (BBF) as well as in school and instructional development, she combines her in-depth knowledge with inspiring insights for practical application. She is also involved with LISSA (Foundation for the Gifted Child). Recently, she also became a certified SOMATIC EXPERIENCING (SE) Practitioner. School remains the place where she hopes to see effective change—toward celebrating diversity, focusing on strengths, addressing trauma, promoting peace, and fostering connections within our society. www.mariannebuser.ch
