Marianne Bentzen:
There is an old saying: our most important sex organ is our brain … During adolescence, brains are in total turmoil as they get rebuilt. The big question is who am I and where do I belong in this world? – At the same time, sexual maturity unfolds, blending with so many other things: Who am I sexually? How does my sexuality work with group belonging, personal status, attachment patterns and gender identity? We will look at why teenagers are so hard to reach, and how to find the doorways to change.

Dr. Peter A. Levine:
Sadly, adolescents in the western world learn about sexuality from the internet particularly with porn. And girls believe that they have to do all of these horrible things if they want to boys to like them. And the boys are learning about – excuse the word – hard fucking in something may not be actual rape but may be but may also be something that’s just – it’s not tender, it’s not connected. So we are really looking at the development of the child, not just the adolescents, but through its whole life span into adolescence.
