Thomas Crum’s experiential workshop will help you learn to turn conflicts into opportunities for success, be calm and centered in any difficult situation, achieve balance in a complex world, and understand true power and how to cultivate it.

Marianne Bentzen (DK):
"Listening for Grace"
Emotional and Spiritual Maturation in Good Times and Bad
The quality of our lives resides not primarily in the events that we experience, but in how we engage with those events during good times and bad. Practicing – playing with – a sense of listening or surrendering in the direction of Grace, of Life, can help us to rest in a deeper current of awareness. On this day, Marianne will give some meditative guidings, practicing how to listen for the silent grace in the aliveness of each breath and each part of our body. She will also teach an archetypal exercise that can help us balance our life experience and reconnect with the sense of gentleness and embodied wholeness in suffering as well as in joy.

Polarity and Mindfulness

Dr. Peter A. Levine (USA):
"Mindfulness and Body" -
From "Mindful" to "Mind-Body-Ful"
There is much written and talked about mindfulness. However, what still has been lacking or missing up is the role of the body in mindfulness. And to really be mindful we must first be mind-body-ful. We must be mindful of our bodily experience, and to know how to contact it and how to learn from it.
8 pm - 9.30 pm
Grand Cannon with Pfuri and Kniri
at the Pavillon near the boat landing in Weggis
There’s a million ways to play the Blues. GRAND CANNON have found one more.
Their line-up is as unusual as their background. Pfuri Baldenweg, rooted in the tradition of Woody Guthrie as well as Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, is a wizard on the blues-harp. Kniri Knaus, as a life-long traditional jazzer, is a devil on the trombone. Petrol cans, plastic bags, scissors, garden hoses add their sounds to a very fresh kind of music.
